In loving memory, I would like to acknowledge and thank the late Chef Nicholas Lodge, a renowned pastry chef, master cake artist and sugar artist, that taught me how to make sugar flowers and cake decorating. Under his teaching, I received several certificates that has allowed me to become a sugar art cake artist. He continues to inspire me to one day become a wedding cake instructor. I thank God for the gifts and talents He has given me to be used to bring glory to Him and His people.
