All About Me
My journey into the cake arena began when I was fifteen years of age. During my summer break from school, I had the pleasure of staying with my dearest Aunt Dorothy. Of course, she was an amazing baker and she taught me everything I needed to know about baking to include her famous pound cake. I enjoyed baking and working in the kitchen with her. My Aunt Ellen, who reared me, allowed me to continue baking by making cakes for her to provide to her circle of friends, family, church and the community. Those cakes were made for my Aunt Ellen to allow her to give them as gifts..."free cakes." My payment received was generally a tip only. Unfortunately, cake baking absorbed a vast amount of my time that excluded activities I truly enjoyed during my teenage years. Because of my love for being with my friends and school, I placed baking of cakes on the shelf in a dormant status for over thirty years.

As I approached a desire to retire from my corporate job of over thirty-five years, I prayed and asked God what I should do next....There baking was rebirth with passion and love. It has fulfilled my time with such joy and happiness. Baking allows me to continue to work with clients and create relationships that expands to their family, friends and their community,
I love being apart of the joyous wedding ceremony and creating a memorable experience that exceeds my clients expectations. My desire is to provide a cake that not only looks amazingly elegant but delivers a taste beyond their expectancy. I look forward to designing and creating a cake that will be a masterpiece for your wedding or special event.

"Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart."
